Items A through D on the consent docket were approved by the council.

The final plat for Mahogany Hills, Section Two, consisting of 23 residential lots on 19 acres, was approved. The development includes private septic systems and maintains a 50-foot right-of-way along South Broadway Avenue.

The final plat for Legacy East, a 4.79-acre site zoned C3 General Commercial, was approved for an electrical contractor business office with warehouse space. Outdoor storage will not be permitted, and fencing is required where it abuts residential property.

Rezoning from C1/PPPUD for administrative offices to C1 PUD for a specialty veterinary clinic was approved, along with Ordinance Number 4926. The PUD includes specific amenities such as no overnight boarding, a residential-like building design, and additional landscaping.

A professional services agreement was approved with the Center for Economic Development Law to provide legal services and consultation on economic development tools, specifically Tax Increment Financing (TIFF), on an as-needed basis.

A contract for $28,714 was approved with Happy Playgrounds LLC for the removal and replacement of a shade structure at Little River Park South, which was damaged beyond repair by a severe windstorm.

Bid number 2026-00003 was awarded to Landmark Construction Group for the construction of the Buck Thomas Baseball restroom facilities, totaling $901,692 including a 10% contingency fee.

Resolution Number 12426 was adopted, declaring the necessity for acquiring real property and/or easements for the SW 19th Street and Santa Fe Avenue intersection improvement project, specifically to relocate water lines at the old CVS property.

Resolution Number 12526 was adopted, declaring the necessity for acquiring real property and/or easements for the Northeast 12th Street roadway improvement project. This authorizes the city to proceed with eminent domain for four outstanding properties while continuing negotiations.

Amendment Number 5, in the amount of $35,000, was approved for CH Gunry and Company for the design of two new traffic signal lights on Southwest 34th Street at Eastern Avenue and Broadway Avenue, due to increased traffic counts.
