- Firefighter Graduation: Six new firefighter recruits recently graduated. Two are already on shift, two started this week, and two are completing EMS training before deployment.
- Big Trash Pickups: The City Manager reported that big trash pickups are still operating on a one-week schedule.

- ACOG Roadway Grant Funding Resolutions (Items 5-11): Approved seven resolutions to program various road and trail projects for federal fiscal year 2026-2027 grant funding through ACOG (Association of Central Oklahoma Governments). These projects aim to increase scoring by including streetscape elements, sidewalks, 10-foot trails, and stormwater quality techniques.
- Resolution No. 6123: Programming the realignment and widening of Southeastern Avenue and South Broadway Avenue intersection as a roundabout.
- Resolution No. 6223: Programming the realignment and widening of Southwest 19th Street and South Broadway Avenue intersection.

- Ordinance No. 103723 (Business License Enforcement): Approved an ordinance amending Section 9-111 of the Moore Municipal Code to add a remedy for failure to maintain a current business license. This allows the city to revoke a business's Certificate of Occupancy as a last resort for non-compliant businesses, particularly LLCs or corporations where owners are not on-premises for citation.
- Vehicle and Equipment Purchases for Parks and Recreation:
- Authorized the budgeted purchase of a 2023 Ford F-250 Crew Cab for the Parks and Recreation Department.
- Authorized the budgeted purchase of a 35 horsepower Yanmar R3 tractor for the Parks and Recreation Department.
- Authorized the budgeted purchase of a Vermeer BC 900 XL brush chipper for the Parks and Recreation Department, to handle larger brush and trees.
- Police Vehicle Surplus and Auction:
- Declared 18 police vehicles (listed in Exhibit A) as surplus and authorized the Police Department to negotiate their sale to verified law enforcement agencies.
- Declared 9 police vehicles (listed in Exhibit B) as surplus and authorized their sale at public auction.
- Approved an internet auction agreement with Purple Wave Auctions to facilitate the sale of any remaining unsold police vehicles.
- North Moore Avenue and Shields Boulevard Traffic Signal Project: Awarded bid number 2024-003 to Midstate Traffic Control Inc. and approved the contract for the construction of the traffic signal project. The project timeline is dependent on the delivery of Wavetronics chips and traffic poles (estimated 12-14 weeks).
- Traffic Signal System Upgrades:
- Authorized the budgeted purchase of 15 Cobolt C-Series traffic controllers from Econolite as a sole source provider. These controllers will upgrade old technology to advanced systems, allowing for remote programming and observation.
- Authorized the budgeted purchase of AC and DC school zone timer upgrades (a five-year plan) with modem and RTC Connect software from Consolidated Traffic Controls as a sole source provider. This will enable remote control and monitoring of all 32 school zone lights, including alerts for malfunctions.
- Lawn Maintenance Contract Renewal: Approved a contract renewal for lawn maintenance with Tussnu Lawn and Landscapes, who are responsible for over 20 city locations, including highway exits and right-of-ways.
