Rezoning Application RZ-1048 Approved: The Council approved the application by Darren Shane Davidson to rezone property located north of Southeast 34th Street and east of Sunny Lane Road from A1 Rural Agriculture District to A2 Suburban Agriculture District. Public Safety Facility Architect Selection: The City Council authorized the City Manager to negotiate a contract with Tap Architecture and RDG Architecture for the design of a new public safety facility. Excavator Sale and Purchase Approved: The Council declared a Volvo EW180E GPE wheel excavator surplus and authorized its sale to Cleveland County for $215,000. The funds will be used to purchase a new Volvo ECR145FL5 crawler excavator for $256,000.
