  • Alley Closure Ordinance: An ordinance to temporarily close a portion of the alley between 10th and 11th Street and North Pottawatomie and North Florence Avenues, requested by Cross Connection Church, was ✅ approved. The church cited concerns about loitering, drug traffic, and criminal activity. The closure is temporary, with all associated costs borne by the applicant, and can be reversed.
  • Tax Credits for Ashford Place Apartments: A resolution in support of tax credits for CSY Investors LLC for the rehabilitation of the Ashford Place Apartments was ✅ approved.
