• Storter-Kamioka Sister City 40th Anniversary: Mayor Joyce and City Manager Moore presented an update on their recent trip to Kamioka, Japan, celebrating the 40th anniversary of the sister city relationship and Kamioka's 70th anniversary. A proclamation was issued for 📅 November 3rd, 2025.
  • Stillwater Middle School students will visit Kamioka in two weeks.
  • Kamioka students will visit Storter next year for the first time since 2023.

• United Way Cornhole Tournament: The City of Storter is teaming up with United Way of Payne County to host a cornhole tournament on Block 34 on 📅 Friday, November 7th. Check-in at 10:30 AM, tournament starts at noon. Proceeds benefit local nonprofits.
• Envision 2045 Comprehensive Plan Community Meeting: The final community meeting will be held on Block 34 at the Simmons Bank Pavilion on 📅 Thursday, October 23rd, at 5:30 PM.
